Dr.Prabhas Prasun Giri [MBBS(kol)(HONS),MD(Ped),MRCPCH(UK),FRCPCH (UK)] is a consultant Pediatrician and Pediatric Intensive Care Specialist .

He is currently working as Associate Professor of Pediatrics and In Charge Of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit(PICU) of Institute Of Child Health(ICH).He was the key instrumental person to build up the 12 bedded tertiary level 3 PICU at ICH in 2014.

Dr Giri has more than 10 years of experience of managing very sick, critical and complicated patients in PICU settings.ICH PICU has ventilated more than 1500 sick kids under his leadership.

He is also a great academician and post graduate teacher for MD Pediatrics. He has around 50 national and international publications and presented papers or took part as a faculty in more than 20 national and international conferences.He has also contributed in many books as an author. He has also deep seated special interest in Pediatric Rheumatology, Pediatric Infectious Disease and Pediatric Dysmorphology.

He is also attached in AMRI HOSPITALS and EEDF(Sri Aurovinda Seva Kendra) Hospital ,Ruby General Hospital and Repose Nursing home as consultant Visiting Pediatrician.

He provides OPD services for routine and follow up care, vaccination as well as indoor and intensive care services for sick kids.
